Booking conditions
- The ferry bus leaves The Monkey Island Booking Office (Monkey Republic site) in Sihanoukville at 12:30
OR
Koh Rong Travel (opposite Mick & Craig’s) at 7:15 am (we must be informed first)
OR
Pick-up from Sihanoukville bus station at 13:00 BUT we must be informed in advance if this is required.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their tickets from The Monkey Island Booking Office (Monkey Republic site) and to arrive at the pick-up point on time. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals so please ensure your bus arrives in Sihanoukville in plenty of time. We recommend leaving Phnom Penh no later than 07:00.
- All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the booking. Failure to do so will result in payment being taken for the first night.
(Please note – Online reservations can only be made after two weeks from TODAY. Bookings must be paid in full to guarantee a reservation)
